Exchanges & Issues

• Defects or wrong item received: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

• Sizing help: We don’t offer returns or size exchanges after purchase, but our size guide and chat can help you choose confidently before you order.

• Lost/late shipments: If a carrier marks an order delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and the carrier first. Then email us and we’ll help start a trace.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to update your address or cancel, email us within 2 hours of purchase; after that, changes aren’t guaranteed.
